Stanley is the founder of Beyond Your Lead. Stanley is equipped to resolve a multitude of behaviour problems, from basic training issues to aggression towards people and dogs.
Stanley specialises in high-energy dogs but has also worked with many varieties of temperment and has worked with dogs for close to ten years. During this time, Stanley has gained a mass of knowledge about the varied behavioural problems dogs can show.
Stanley spends much of his time gaining knowledge both practically and theoretically, taking time to participate in both courses and workshops to expand his knowledge, and is always looking for developing ways of overcoming behavioural issues. Stanley believes in an open mindset to behaviour modification and treating the individual in front of him, with no “one method fixes all” attitude, he can adapt to the specific problem the dog is displaying and effectively find a practical and realistic solution to the problem.
Stanley believes in developing the dog and owner relationship to the highest level, ensuring you and your dog have a healthy and trusting relationship where the appropriate rules and boundaries are in place.
Stanley has worked with a multitude of animal welfare organisations and rescue centres helping to modify the behaviour of rescue dogs and giving advice to the owners of recently rehomed rescue dogs, rescue dogs are a passion of Stanleys, and he finds great fulfilment in giving a dog a second chance after a poor start..
Customized Training Programs
We understand that every dog is unique, which is why we offer customized training programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each dog and their owner. Our trainers work closely with you to identify the areas that need improvement and develop a training plan that is effective and enjoyable for both you and your dog. sessions start at £50 per hour however this is subject to a variety of factors including travel severity of behaviour problems ( and risks this may pose ) and duration of the session.
Aftercare
Concluding your session with us, you will be provided with a full written report and customised behavioural plan. You will also have our contact details clarify any further support you may need following your session.
Certified and Qualified Trainers
Stanley is certified by the CFBA and the Guild of dog trainers. he also gained qualifications with the Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training. Stanley has a huge range of experience tackling a variety of behavioural problems from aggression to separation anxiety.
